Guest guest
Elaine [mem121] *Candida Albicans* One thing I always recommend for candida is to add more probiotics to your diet. Acidophilus and bifidus. You can’t get enough acidophilus just by eating yogurt. Yogurt has nowhere near the number of live organisims needed to produce a therapeutic effect. If you are ever put on anti-biotics, then load up with acidophilus. But beware - all probiotics are not created equal. While most manufacturers put " viability counts " (meaning the number of live organisms present) on their labels, testing has found that the numbers often come up short of what's claimed. Get some that are blended with a whole food, which supply nutrients for the growth of the friendly bacteria. The highest quality probiotic supplements contain live cultures and starter nutrients so these probiotics can be nourished and strong enough to establish a healthy population of friendly bacteria. Guest guest
Hi Kelly, You mentioned candida, so I wanted to recommend a good book. It is " The Yeast Connection Handbook " by Dr. William G. Crook, M.D. He has another book called " The Yeast Connection Cookbook " . I had done some recent research for a parent on one of the autism or ADD support boards my son and I are on, because a nutritionist took her son off of basically all food (I have no idea what she was feeding the poor child!) and put him on the probiotic acidophilus and digestive enzymes, for yeast overgrowth leaky gut syndrome. I also found some good information for her in a book called " Prescription for Healing; The A to z Guide to Supplements " by Phyllis A. Balch, CNC, on probiotics and yeast overgrowth. Another book I recommended to her because of her child's autism, which had some really good related information is " Enzymes for Autism and other Neuroloical Conditions " by Karen DeFelice. These were all recommended to her to address the overgrowth of yeast without starving her child and taking away all of the food that would provide him with natural digestive enzymes. The best place to start is the library. That way you can scan the info to see if it would benefit you, before checking the book out or going out to buy it. I utilize the library quite a bit! The best way I know to kill candida, again, is with one of my supplements, Reneu. Good luck with this. Candida is a wicked little pest that is almost impossible to get rid of. But it can be done! Blessing, Renee

So, vinegar and lemon juice one day and vinegar and soda bic the other day. All to do with the balances and by upsetting the balance that the arthritis wanted you sent the arthritis for a bungee jump... I hate taking soda bic, but! There was a very famous rheumatologist, a Dr Brown, and this is exactly what Dr Brown advocated. Was to have met Brown one time, but got involved doiong other things, and didn't happen. My mistake.
