Hello everyone! Welcome to the new people. So far I have been the main person sending in articles. I encourage anyone to send in their own info or start a conversation, tell how they have been doing. I would like Gina to meet Amelia. Amelia is using the Gerson therapy to try to heal her autoimmune condition and Gina has actually been successful in getting rid of MS. I have a major candida problem so haven't been juicing that much because I use a lot of carrot juice, but I have been trying to tone it down on the sugar, wheat, and corn, and I feel much better (I have lupus). Tomorrow I am determined to juice. But by the time I GET determined to juice I go to the fridge and the spinach is bad. Anyway, I notice a correlation of arthritis with the afforementioned foods and I would definitely recommend for all to remove them from their diets and instead include omega 3 containing foods, free range eggs, salmon, oily fish, walnuts, green leafy veggies, flax seeds or oil, millet. Has

anyone tried purslane here? Don't be afraid to start a discussion. In this group we are probably all on the same page. Take care, Kel

Hi to Gina and everyone. I am curious, how did you get rid of MS, Gina? I have a friend who has it real bad. Kel, I used to have very bad candida, and doing Gerson has helped with that a lot. What type of juicer do you have? I used to have a Green Star and juicing was so difficult, that I almost gave up. Then, I bought a used Norwalk (they're expensive, I know!) and now it's still a chore, but at least it's doable. I watch TV while I do it and it doesn't seem so tedious. Have a good day, Amelia

Yes, that's a good idea about the tv while you juice. I have a Champion juicer. It is so hard to put spinach in this thing. I get very frustrated with it. It cost 229$. I hope Gina writes in soon. I am anxious to see her protocol as well. KelAmelia Gerlach <ameliagerlach wrote:
