Guest guest
I too have tried the parasite cleanses and they put me in a tailspin mentally (agitation and anxiety) and once I was in the ER because my kidneys did not want to work. At that time my urine smelled like ammonia. This chemical was from the die off. It amazes me how many people can tolerate green walnut hulls, cloves, and the other ingredients that I can't. I'm sure I have parasites, candida, etc. Amelia, I would like to ask you on a scale from one to ten so far how much your lupus symptoms have improved while you were juicing. THanks, Kelly
Guest guest
It's hard to say, because some days are better than others. The migraines are probably 50% improved. The fibromyalgia pains, about 80% better. sentto-12621366-732-1107375549-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com [sentto-12621366-732-1107375549-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com] On Behalf Of Kelly WortkoetterWednesday, February 02, 2005 3:19 PM Subject: Amelia I too have tried the parasite cleanses and they put me in a tailspin mentally (agitation and anxiety) and once I was in the ER because my kidneys did not want to work. Guest guest
About the fibromyalgia, that is very encouraging. I guess what I am asking is do you still believe in the program. I keep telling myself I'm going to do it, then I don't know what keeps stopping me. ( Kel Amelia Gerlach <ameliagerlach wrote: It's hard to say, because some days are better than others. Guest guest
I believe in it very much still. I wouldn't give it up for anything at this point. I plan to do it at least for two years, if not longer, until I'm healed! Just do a little bit each day and build up on that. It gets easier and if you go slowly, you won't feel bad; you may actually find that you feel so much better! sentto-12621366-735-1107375939-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com [sentto-12621366-735-1107375939-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com] On Behalf Of Kelly WortkoetterWednesday, February 02, 2005 3:26 PM Subject: RE: Amelia About the fibromyalgia, that is very encouraging. Guest guest
The thing is is that I know I would feel so much better, but I feel that I can't do it... Now why do I feel like I can't do it? I don't know... maybe because I can't even keep my house organized or clean, etc. I feel like I just c a n ' t do it. it's terrible.... I don't know what's wrong with me. Depression I guess. I feel like I can't make more than two juices a day. It is SO time consuming. Uggh. Guest guest
Kel, I know that feeling, believe me! So what, if you can only make two juices right now, do that much. It's better than nothing. And, please try one coffee enema. That alone will give you so much energy and make you feel really good. I tell my kids it's like a high and they think I'm so weird! Please try it and let me know what you think. I'll be waiting.... sentto-12621366-740-1107376797-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com [sentto-12621366-740-1107376797-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com] On Behalf Of Kelly WortkoetterWednesday, February 02, 2005 3:40 PM Subject: RE: Amelia The thing is is that I know I would feel so much better, but I feel that I can't do it... Guest guest
Hi A, I had planned to try the coffee enemas but I have no organic coffee. Can't seem to get ahold of it here so have to buy it online. Also, I don't drink coffee so never had a coffee maker, so what is the best way for me to make my organic coffee when I get it? buy a little coffee maker? Guest guest
No, actually you don't make it like that. You boil some water and add the coffee to it in a pot, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. The quantity is 2 quarts of water and 3 tablespoons of coffee. Distilled water or filtered water is best. Let it cool and then strain with a strainer (they sell some neat strainers at places like Bed Bath & Beyond, the kind you use in a coffee machine). Don't you have a health food store where you live? They sell organic coffee. Also, many supermarkets now carry it too. sentto-12621366-742-1107381202-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com [sentto-12621366-742-1107381202-ameliagerlach=hotsheet.com] On Behalf Of Kelly WortkoetterWednesday, February 02, 2005 4:53 PM Subject: RE: Amelia Hi A, I had planned to try the coffee enemas but I have no organic coffee.
