I look forward to learning from all of you and contributing lots of herb info and news. I've been studying herbs for years and put together custom herbal formulas for my cliets, teach medicine making and do group herb walks here in the San Diego area. I am attempting to begin a diet like the Gerson diet, without processed foods, etc. I don't take a lot of herbs, but if I did I would like them in tea or tincture form. Welcome again!
