Guest guest
Wow I can't believe you are doing 9 juices a day. Are you eating the soup? and oatmeal, salads, and potatoes as well? How does your family support you? What does your husband say about it? Does he help you? Is this diet as expensive as it sounds? sorry for all the questions. Take care, Kelly Amelia Gerlach <ameliagerlach wrote: Kel and everyone, I'm doing well. Once in a while, I'll have a bit of a "
Guest guest
Kel, I don't eat the soup, because I don't have time to make it, but I do eat the potatoes, cooked vegetables, salad once a day. My husband and 17-year-old daughter are actually doing it too. She has chronic fatigue and he just wants to be healthier and prevent disease. That is good, because I only have to cook one type of thing, but I do have to make more quantity of the juice, which is hard. They don't drink as much juice as I do, though. The diet is not that expensive, really, when you consider that potatoes, carrots, vegetables are on the cheap side, compared to meat, a lot of dairy, junk food, etc. I think it comes out about the same, or cheaper even. I don't mind the questions.
