Guest guest
Sorry for my slow response time. With this new nervous system involvement, I am more.. challenged. Anyway, IVIG is solution of globulins containing antibodies normally present in adult human blood. becasue it is a " coctail " made from plasma of many many donors it is a very expensive treatment reserved for serious health threats. i was turned down by my insurance company for it last year b/c I wasnt sick enough. But now that I have inflammatory neuropathy.. i can have it. hardly a reasonable system. Had my first treatment yesterday.. no bad reaction to it.. will keep you posted on my progress. Anyway here are some links http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi? cmd=Retrieve & db=pubmed & dopt=Abstract & list_uids=14754650 http://rheumatology.oupjournals.org/cgi/content/full/39/11/1301 http://www.igivnext.com/ suzie
