Hi, I would say the most common cause of bleeding gums is proliferation of bacteria and I think you can use an antibiotic or natural antifungal, some of these are oregano oil (powerful), garlic, pau d'arco tea, colloidal silver. Have you tried gargling with baking soda or a food grade hydrogen peroxide? Some of the least common possibilities of gum bleeding are :

Deficiency of vitamin C and vitamin K Failure in blood clotting mechanism.Pregnancy.Atmospheric pressure changes. Leukemia (Cancer of Blood Cells). Certain drugs such as aspirin and anti-coagulants-heparin, which prevent the normal clotting mechanism can also cause bleeding gums.

and I remember when I was overdosed with radiation in a barium scan my gums bled, along with a host of other symptoms. It is quite sad what the medical community will do to you.

Just make sure you dilute the oil of oregano! It's very strong!
