Guest guest
I was diagnosed in 1989 after spleen removed with mixed diffuse large and small lymphoma stage 3. The stanford doctors said they could buy me some time but not cure me. I first went to the Burzinsky clinic in early 1990 and did their treatment for six months. I am not sure if it helped but I was still alive though now I had tumors in my neck, groin and under my arms as well as on my small intestine. I found about about Gerson from a person in the life threatned support group I was in. I called the clinic and they gave me the name of a person who lived just a few miles from me. With her help and the book and later with a hired person to help , I did the diet for two years as best I could but never got over 8 juices a day. The original diet was 4 green and 4 carrot apple juices a day but over the years it was changed.I am not suggesting that anyone do it the way I did. I went to an oncologist the entire time to be monitored but did no treatment that he recomended after the surgury. At about two years the tumor on my intestine reduced as well as everything else they could find. A few months later everything was back to normal . In gratitude for my life and health back I became a volunteer for the clinic and I am on their web site as a support person I think I have been doing this activity for twelve years now and have been to the tijuana clinic several times for a visit to share my experience with patients there.I am happy to take phone calls or answer e mails from anyone interested in this therapy. don storm

Guest guest
Wow. That's an awesome testimonial. Thanks for sharing this, Kelly. I like to hear about things like this - healthy success stories. Wow, again. I liked Dr Weil's recommendation for depression, too. Lee Anne
Guest guest
There is much info about Dr. Gerson's diet on the internet and in his books. As a matter of fact, I looked up someone, a man, who lived in Arizona, who eliminated his esophageal cancer using the therapy. I wanted to see if this was an actual person. More importantly, I wanted to see if he was alive. Esophageal cancer killed my father in 1998. The guy in their book was a real person, alive 5 years later. He is in the latest book simply called The Gerson Therapy, written by Dr. Gerson's daughter Charlotte. Dr. Gerson first started the diet on himself to get rid of migraines and then tried it out on lupus patients succesfully, then went on to cancer patients.
