Virus alert- do not open ANY attachments

Do not send any more attachments. They are coming up as having this virus. Virus "W32.Netsky.Z@mm" found. When I get more time I will ban these people from the list today. Thank you, Kelly

In the future, it is best for all not to send attachments. It's nice not to have to download them anyway. I don't know what these people were doing. Sorry about this.

Hello, I have no idea why someone sent these, but they were from four different emails and haven't heard anything else so I think they were intended to hurt and disrupt. Sad. This is an open list. I like the fact that people can join quickly this way, but if these types of emails keep up I will have to make it closed to members only.

Hope everyone has a great day! By the way, a lot of the info I get comes from the alternative medicine forum group at , plus some stuff from flaxseedoil2 and cancercured,etc. I have been passing stuff around but I learned a lesson recently, to try to keep the person's name who originally sent it witht he email, LOL. I do pick the things that both interest me and that I think will help others the most from all the info I see on the web. I only wish I'd had the internet 15 years ago.
