Guest guest
I can't remember the active ingredient in St. John's Wort, but it is MAGIC. Hypercillium. I dropped a heavy weight on the center of my big toe and was screaming in pain. It toned it down within hours and the next day I was fine. This was a bad injury. I had a friend who had abdominal surgery and they sewed a nerve into the incision. This sounds weird but it really happened. It hurt horribly; they told her they thought it would get better over several months but could do nothing for her. She took Hypercillium and in a couple of days was up and about, within a couple of weeks was fine. You need to buy a certified brand, one of the expensive vitamin suppliers. No names come to me at this very moment. And buy Hypercillium that has a listed potency. I don't think drugstore St. John's Wort will work. My naturopath had me take two pills twice a day, but you can take it three times a day. My personal opinion is that if she is that damaged, she should seek professional naturopathic help. I would think there would be a whole package of treatments, including nutritional, hydrotherapy, etc. However, have her try the Hypercillium; she's probably used to taking pills and it might be a good start. Also, b-vitamins are necessary for nerve function; you could see if she'll take a good multi-vitamin and a good multiple B-vitamin. Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible is a good book. Informative, non threatening, research based. A paperback. I don't know if it is still in print but you can often find it at used book stores.
