Anna for your joints take MSM and Apple cider vinegar. I take one capsule MSM a day and I take 2 teaspoon of apple cider vinager in one glass of water first thing in the morning. You can take first 3 weeks three times a day and later two times and then one time. It is great help. I also mix 1cup black strap mellassa and 1 cup apple cider vinegar and take 2 tablespoon a day. Great staff.

What's your favorite way to do a lymphatic cleansing? Seems like a lot of

people are aware of the benefits of colon cleansing but neglect their

lymphatic system.

A local naturopathic doctor suggested I use Lymphomyosot, a homeopathic

liquid put out by HEEL; and 2 Standard Process products - Cal-Amo to be

taken with breakfast and dinner with Cholacol II taken at 10 a.m., 3 p.m.

and 10 p.m.

What do the rest of you do about lymphatic cleansing? Skin brushing isn't

enough and my joints just can't handle rebounding.

I'll get some of all 3: cleavers, poke root and the Spanish Black Radish.

Now that you mention it, Erin, I had heard poke root was good for the lymph

system.

I believe David Hoffman is one of the herbalists who says in his book that cleavers is the best cleanser for the lymph system, although it can be hard sometimes to find info on clevers for some reason. I have some tinctured. As for the poke root remember to use a smaller dose than other herbs since it's strong. Let us know if we can help in any other way. I hadn't heard of Spanish Black Radish before, thanks for sharing this information.
