Guest guest
Edric-- Assuming your doctor has found no other problems that might be causing the " chest cold, " I think the Chinese medicine approach is a good idea. I also think that you may need to look at how you breathe. Many chest colds develop because of poor breathing. Air gets trapped in the lungs and bacteria and viruses can easily grow there. Poor breathing-- breathing in which your exhalation is not complete--can lead to infections and respiratory problems of many varieties. It can also slow down the healing process. There are three free breathing practices on my site (especially " straw breathing " to help your exhalation) that may help.
