Guest guest
Lately after dinner I feel painfully bloated and after a while it gets worse like someone is pumping air into my tummy area , it gets worse and worse until I feel like I'm going to pop like a balloon . I took some vitamin C to see what would happen . After taking vit C my tummy started to calm down back to normal and the bloating went away . Is this Candida ??? Please help me as this is happening every day now (mostly after dinner).
Guest guest
Hi, I can't tell you if it's candida but only that it could be, based on symptoms. You have to test. Eliminate all yeast leavened breads and other sources of hidden yeast (ex: b-vitamins, selenium supplements) from your diet for a few days and see what happens. You can eat rice crackers or any crackers actually. Maybe wheat crackers are best, because you'll see if it's the yeast. If you still have it, switch to gluten-free starches is another possiblity. Gluten, lactose, polysaccarides, sugar, can all give these effects in different people. Best wishes, Suzan --- Dan <granadahills2002 wrote: > Lately after dinner I feel painfully bloated > and after a while it > gets worse like someone is pumping air into my > tummy area , it gets > worse and worse until I feel like I'm going to > pop like a balloon .
