Dee, If you want an easier intro to Kundalini Yoga (Gururattan does tend to get a little confusing!) try the book 'Kundalini Yoga, the Flow of Eternal Power' by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa. It's the best, easiest to follow book on the subject that I've seen. I wish I had read it first! You can probably find it online pretty cheap, it's about 10 years old now. But it's worth full price if you want a simple, motivating book on the subject. Glad to hear you joined the e-list, you can always ask questions on there, no question is too silly. There are some really knowlegable people on it, and it's always inspiring. The good thing about the online lessons is, you can try practicing some before making any investment. Stay with it, you won't need the dictionary! ok, I'll try the milk...sometimes it upsets mystomach, sometimes not.I did join that list...I need a dictionary! I don'tunderstand most of what they are saying yet.I went thru the web site...this is the group thatlived where I did ( Herndon Va) and my oldchiropractor is one of them! Small world.Dee
