Spring Detoxification and Hydrogen Peroxide

I heard not to ingest tea tree oil, and don't know about drinking

lavander. I've read about hydrogen peroxide but not ready to try that

either. All sources I've seen say NOT to drink tea tree oil. It's

great for mouthwash though, and other things, in my experience,

though I'm still learning. My health is better since eating more

healthy food and having a regular eating schedule. Since leaving the

slum for small town peacefulness, my stress way down and I'm gaining

control of my nervous habits. --Silver--
