Guest guest
Hi Susan, Dr. Carey Reams determined the chemical values of various foods and showed people how to judge them using their own equipment. Dr. Waychoff is one of the last students of Dr. Reams carrying out his teachings. It's based on urine and saliva testing, and the computation of a chemical formula that's able to determine the body's ability to heal and respond to illness. Dr. Reams could predict a heart attack to the day using this mathematical formula. There aren't many testers in the country using this method anymore, and most only use part of it, because they know that most people aren't serious about their healing protocol. Strange as that sounds. Anyway, not to sound like a commercial for Reams, it's only the lemon that is truly alkaline in the body. Grapefruits are less acidic than oranges, but not as alkaline as the lemon. Carey Reams had people sipping on 4 oz of his lemonade, which was simply one part lemon to nine parts water. Drinking 4 oz every 1/2 hour, like clockwork, would completely change your pH, and restore proper liver function. One of the things that Dr. Reams stressed was regularity. Drink every 30 min, exactly, sleep exactly the same time, for the same length of time, etc. The body needs a rhythm to heal, and that's something that most people can't do. Also, when I first learned how to use the Reams program, I discovered that if you have any stress in your life, you wouldn't be able to budge the numbers a bit. What this means, is the body doesn't heal under stress. Not a bit. It simply treads water, so to speak. In order for healing to occur, there must be a total elimination of stress, which is more acid producing than any diet. Regrettably, most people are addicted to stress. Also, most people still don't understand the role of stress in healing, or how to combat it. All the supplements in the world are meaningless unless the stress is brought under control. Anyway, back to the lemon....... this is the way to detox the liver painlessly and quickly. During the first two days, you need to stick to the loo pretty closely, while your bladder adjusts to the PROPER fluids again. Dr. Reams was criticized from people that said he put too much water into the body, however, his response is that MOST people in a diseased state are also chronically (longterm) dehydrated, and this is validated by http://www.watercure.com/. The problems with Dr. B's and Dr. Reams approach, is that they require people to make massive changes in simplifying their lifestyle. And our society is hooked on magic bullets, supplements that cure it all, etc. It's for that reason that I promote the DNR products, because they work fast without adjustments to lifestyle. Have to give people what they want, because if you explain to them why they're really sick, they don't accept it. Both men understood the chemical changes that we go through when we're under stress. Stress and chronic dehydration are really the only barriers to healing that we have in our society now. We have plenty of magic bullets. Warmly, Moe PS. I've only been teaching this for the last 8 years, maybe in another 8 years people will start catching on. Guest guest
Thank you very much, Moe, for such a comprehensive answer. Of course I knew that stress plays a role, yada yada, - But I never seriously thought of what you said; that the body only treads water but cannot heal when under stress. Nor that stress is more acidic than anything else. Can you direct me elsewhere to learn more about the product you speak of, the 2 day lemon drinking adjustment, etc. Now I am very curious. Again, thank you for your time and helpfulness.
