Guest guest
Chocolate does contain caffeine. I, too, love chocolate so I'm with you there! I don't remember all the scientific data behind it, but dark chocolate has been shown to have some good health properties. You can fine organic dark chocolate bars at health food and other stores quite readily. I've tried several brands, Newman's Own is a good one. I say, eat chocolate in moderation, as everything should be consumed in moderation, and quit guilting yourself! Guest guest
I remember reading once that one reason many people craved chocolate was due to a drop in magnesium in our bodies..espcially women during that time of month....that chocolate had a certain amount of this in it.....Lisa , " a_silverspirit <a_silverspirit> " <a_silverspirit> wrote: > Why is is addicting, does it have caffine, if it does this apply to > all chocolates and if so is this why it's addictive or is it the > sugar, or both, I love it but am concerned, am hoping to find a kind > that's the least dammaging.
