Guest guest
What kind of diet are you eating? Beans and legumes cause a lot of gas, you can use Beano to avoid that...are you retaining water all over or just in one place like your legs? Is it less in the morning when you get up after sleeping or is it the same? , " avenue_alley3 <avenue_alley3> " <avenue_alley3> wrote: > Hi I seem to have this problem of my body bloating all the > time...think its called water retation? Guest guest
>>Hi I seem to have this problem of my body bloating all the time...think its called water retation? I think this may be a sign of some sort of food allergy. Try this for two weeks: Do not eat any of the following foods: wheat, dairy, corn, eggs, soy. Keep a food diary, write down everything you eat, and how you feel (are you bloating?) After two weeks reintroduce one of the foods shown above, but not the others for a week more. At some point you should be able to determine which food is causing the sensitivity, and if you remove it from your diet the bloating should do away for good. Guest guest
I agree with Laura, It is most likely to be a food allergy. If you don't want to go through the costly and time consuming process of allergy testing, the I too recommend you omit all gluten, corn, soy and dairy product for at least, if not more, a week and then introduce ONE at a time, keeping a diary. I can assure you that you will be surprised, not only in how good you feel, (the week everything is omitted) but that you figured out your allergy by yourself. p.s not to mention the cleansing that will take place in the process. I recommend eating lots of raw fruits and veggies and fresh juiced ones too Send Flowers for Valentine's Day
Guest guest
I have two friends whose bodies can not tolerate wheat/gluten. Their major symptoms were severe bloating and stomach pain. They had tests done and were diagnosed with celiac disease. Here is some info: http://www.niddk.nih.gov/health/digest/pubs/celiac/#2 Linda Take time for the music of life -----Original Message----- avenue_alley3 <avenue_alley3 [avenue_alley3] Sunday, February 16, 2003 1:45 AM To: Bloating Hi I seem to have this problem of my body bloating all the time...think its called water retation? Guest guest
If you find that food allergies are not doing it, then you are deficient in hydrochloric acid and enzymes. Try adding these after you test your self for the allergies.
