Guest guest
A few suggestions: First, a new study just published found that daily exercise helps with pain from fibromyalgia. The researchers realized it was hard to do, but that those who found a way to take walk, swim or whatever on a daily basis apparently reduced their pain and discomfort. Second, Dr. Barry Sears discusses how pharmaceutical-grade fish oil may be able to help with inflammation, including fibromyalgia, in his new book The Omega RX Zone. You can get more information about pharmaceutical-grade fish oil on the Internet or on my site listed below. Third, have you tried therapeutic enzymes (between meals) such as Wobenzyme (spelling ?) or Vascuzyme? These can also apparently help with pain.
