I Believe the Universe supports ALL that I CHOOSE to Believe. I will learn to think in affirmations that are positive! I always approve and accept myself. I Love myself. I am perfect, whole and complete NOW, the way I am. I deserve all that I require. I am worth loveable and strong. 2 Tablespoons: of Nourishment In the morning: have a glass of fresh juice or bowl of fruit. In the evening: relax over a cup of herbal tea or a glass of warm soy milk or _______________(your nourishment here). 1/2 cup: of Exercise Spend 20 minutes moving today! Increasing circulation decreases stress, anxiety, depression. Go to the gym, walk around the block or _______________(your exercise here). 2 portions: of Self Pampering Massage your feet with lotion or peppermint oil, steam cleanse your face, clip your nails or _______________ (your pampering here). 1 teaspoon: of a Thoughtful deed Call someone you have not spoken to in a while, write a letter, or donate something today or _______________ (your deed here). We always heal a little better when we show kindness toward someone else. Bake and serve throughout the day! Store any left overs. Serve a fresh helping tomorrow. You deserve it!
