Lisa,

 

For a relaxing and soothing bath, add epsom salts, 4 drops lavender

and 4 drops peppermint oil to your bath. For your information here

are the cautions to keep in mind when using these oils. Lavender -

avoid use with very low blood pressure and during 1st trimester of

pregnancy. Peppermint - avoid use if pregnant, may irritate

sensitive skin.
