Guest guest Posted January 26, 2003 Report Share Posted January 26, 2003 " For The Blues " Tea 2 parts chamomile flowers 1 part borage 1 part stinging nettle 1 part skullcap 1 part peppermint extract 1/2 part rosehips Stevia (a natural plant sweetener) to taste (could use honey) I would suggest you experiment with stevia before committing it to a recipe. It is approximately 30 times sweeter than sugar, so a little goes a really long way. The first time I made this tea with stevia, it was absolutely undrinkable; a tiny pinch is all you need.
