flu vac. - ineffective and dangerous?

I just downloaded an article off of news re: " flu deaths up

despite vaccine " . There must have been about 20 related articles from

various newspapers carrying the same theme, but not one speculating

that maybe the flu vaccine is ineffective, or, more dangerously, that

the flu 'bug' reorganizes itself in response to each vaccine and thus

gets stonger and harder to fight.

 

Has anyone come across an article or source taking this latter point

of view? I would like to read something on this.
