Guest guest
I do not like cortisone as it tends to rot out joints. I would suggest seeing a bodyworker or a reflexologist, A bodyworker is usualy quite competent in reflexology and would be more benificial as they will also work right up the legs. Quite often the site of pain is not the site of the problem this is wear a bodyworker will be realy good. Also he might try some inserts in his shoes. I hope this helps. Guest guest
MSM is great for muscle/joint inflammation. As we've dicsussed in previous posts, 6,000 - 8,000 mg per day divided into 2 doses seems to help most people with these types of conditions. I know the damage standing on concrete can cause. Years ago, painful hips and knees sent me to the chiropractor for the first time. Good luck to your friend, Suzanne www.practical-health.com > I have a friend who suffers from pain in his achilles tendon. His doctor says > its due to working on concrete floors.
