I do not like cortisone as it tends to rot out joints.

I would suggest seeing a bodyworker or a reflexologist, A bodyworker is

usualy quite competent in reflexology and would be more benificial as they

will also work right up the legs.

Quite often the site of pain is not the site of the problem this is wear a

bodyworker will be realy good.

Also he might try some inserts in his shoes.

MSM is great for muscle/joint inflammation. As we've dicsussed in

previous posts, 6,000 - 8,000 mg per day divided into 2 doses seems

to help most people with these types of conditions.

 

I know the damage standing on concrete can cause. Years ago, painful

hips and knees sent me to the chiropractor for the first time.
