Guest guest Posted January 7, 2003 Report Share Posted January 7, 2003 Vitex. Definite goodness. It takes a couple of weeks to kick in, but it DEFINITEly makes a difference. I take a Vitex tincture. You can also make a tea with the berries, but for me, the tincture works better. It is also called chasteberry.
