Guest guest
Several years ago, I went to a psychic that did what she called " Isis Readings. " Among other things, she used a pendulum to advise me as to whether I was taking the right supplements or not. Do any of you folks on this list use pendulums? And, if so, do you use them to guide yourself or others in making decisions about supplements? - Anna

Surly food works the same way. Oh, yeah! People call it " muscle testing " also. As I recall, there's a way to test something yourself if there's no one around to pump your arm. You form two circles with your fingers. Take the thumb and index finger of each hand and form interconnecting circles. Try to pull them apart. Now you know your own strength. Ask " Is this item good for me? " and pull again. If you can easily pull your fingers apart from each other, if one or both of the circles easily break, then the item is NOT good for you. Your body knows. - Anna

Until I learned this I used to ask my arms to show me similiar things through vibrations. When I tested myself the results were unclear. I no longer rely on this method now that I am aware of this. With a pendulum you are depending on only one arm/hand and the results will be consistent. I like the heart chakra method and am going to give that a try. Guest guest
Glad to help out!! That's the nice thing about this group, everyone shares information and we all help each other out. I'd forgotten all about the fingers thing until that other person posted about " mussel " testing. It's important for people to know what dosages to take... Unfortunately, my muscle testing often says I should take more stuff than I can afford. Oh, well, like a person remodeling their house on a tight budget, I do a little piece at a time and pray the money will be there to finish the job when the time comes. - Anna At 06:21 PM 1/5/03 -0600, Karima wrote: >I new that~~~ > >But I forgot it. Guest guest
So you just ask yourself these questions outloud? Or do you need to have the bottle of stuff you are testing near by?
