Finding help... a swappers club?

Welcome, Jewel!! I don't know where to find a good hypnotherapist in your

area but maybe the pastlifetherapy group

(pastlifetherapy/) can help you find a website

or someplace that lists certified practitioners by area?

 

There might also be some folks on this list that have good self-help tapes,

CD's or books on the subject and don't want them anymore. I was thinking we

should work out a way for people to put those good useful self-help tools

into circulation again.

 

For example, I have some self-hypnosis and subliminal CD's that didn't work

for me. In the case of one of the self-hypnosis CD's, it's probably because

the guy sounded too much like my ex-husband. (Oh, gee, maybe I should order

a " forgive and forget " CD? LOL! Time to move on, let go of the past and live

in the present, LOL!)

 

Anyway, I'd be open to swapping with someone, sending them my LOSE WEIGHT CD

with the guy that has an accent like my ex-husband for someone else's LOSE

WEIGHT CD that might work for me. Or somewhere around here I have some old

LOSE WEIGHT tapes that never worked for me either.
