Well stress has a lot to do with thinning hair. How is your diet? Are

you taking any vitamins? Eating those leafy greens? Your hair feeds on

good blood circulation and good diet. Have you check your thyroid

lately? An inactive or over reactive thyroid can make hair fall out and

thin. A normal person sheds about 80 hairs a day and once a year it is

normal to shed lots of hair. Mine shedding time is in the fall so if I

am loosing more any other time I have to look at my eating habits, stress

level and other things. There is a great vitamin/herb not sure what but

it is called " Silica " it is great for the hair and nails. A good vitamin

B-12 complex is great as well. The shampoo that you are using maybe

stripping the proteins out of your hair. I am sorry but there are not a

lot of good products in the grocery stores that help fine thinning hair.

There is a great professional product out there for thin hair and it is

called " Nixon " make sure that if you look into it that you get the one

for women. It is kind a pricey but it made my ten hairs feel like 20!

And I have a fuller head of hair. Is your dryer to hot, do you condition

your hair? Do you perm and color all of the time? Are you hard on your

hair? I am a hair stylist and I have been doing this for 22 years. These

questions that I have asked are the questions I ask my clients when there

hair seems like it is having stress.

I eat a lot of soy, flax, rasins, lentils, beans, corn. I am vegan but I eat

right to keep my anemia in check.

I do color my hair. I use semi-perm stuff that is not harsh. Shampoo/conditioner

wise I use Paul Mitchell. I work at a salon so to!

I don't use products from drug stores or mass market stuff for beauty. I think I

am going to try the rosemary scalp massage.
