Guest guest Posted January 1, 2003 Report Share Posted January 1, 2003 So, Dennis, do you take the fish oil? Liquid or capsules? And what's the recommended dosage? 2-3 capsules a day? Yes, it seems pricey but, as you say, not all fish oils are created equal. I've seen that paying extra for the enzymes that I take is worth it, I got great results from The Ultimate Enzyme and had not felt any difference with the cheaper grade of enzymes that you find in the health food store... so I'm open to the idea of finding the " best " product and not settling for the cheapest.
