Guest guest
Suzanne-- According to Dr. Barry Sears, two things can have dramatic results with ADD, both for children and adults. First, is controlling your insulin through an approach like The Zone. Second is taking omega-3 fatty acid in the form of pharmaceutical-grade fish oil. He writes about this in his book The Omega RX Zone. You can learn about the important ways that pharmaceutical-grade fish oil differs from the fish oil you find in health food stores by going to: http://www.authentic-breathing.com/fish_oil.htm With best wishes for the New Year, Dennis Lewis , " Suzanne Arne <suzarne> " <suzarne> wrote: > Does anyone know of effective treatment for ADD Therapy that has been > used by others successfully.
