My son craves all the yeasty stuff and the sugary stuff. So, I have to limit sweets and fruits. We tended to do alot with corn for him since he is not allergic to is, and it is allowed on this diet. Soy I believe he is allergic to, since he has always had a problem with it.Kristy , Majormom11 <kkunz@d...> wrote: > He only drinks water, limited to one fruit every other day..I just started him on colon/fiber cleanse, along with myself. Everything seesm to be going good there. He only has one serving of fruit every other day? This seems a bit off. Fruit is not really a problem when it comes to candida. It is the starches, sugars and junk food. Also other drink options could be fresh fruit-soy smoothies and soy-milk shakes. I drink water though (bottled not tap) and have a smoothie now and then. ___________________
