Here's a recipe from demetria.com - might be worth a try :)

Demetria's Sweet Tooth Preventer Powder

 

1 part Sea Salt

1 part Baking Soda

1/4 part Myrhh Powder

 

You can add a small amount of the following powdered herbs, Sage,

Thyme Leaf, or Peppermint. Add a few drops of Peppermint of Spear

mint Essential oil I store mine in a "rubbermaid-like" container and

shake well before each use to mix everything up. I wet my toothbrush

and use the lid fo the container to ladle on some of the powder and

brush away.

I do have problems with my gums and i was wondering if there is any

methods that i can use to toughen them up and get them healthy

again ?? They are starting to bleed when i brush, also is there any

methods to help lesson plaque build up ?? Thank you.
