It is funny now but not then. The heat just about killed me. I will try to find a wrap thing, have been considering one of the arm wraps to put around my ankle. It just might work. The only thing I have been taking is willow bark for the pain when it gets too bad. Been there, seen that, have the T shirt. DMSO did it for me. I applied it twice daily and it did the trick. Like Doc said when using "be sure it is pharmaceutical grade". Be sure there is no foreign substance on your skin when applying as it penetrates. You can taste it very soon after the application. It sure does the trick where there is any inflamation. DMSO easily penetrates the skin and has the ability to enhance the rate of skin absorption of other biochemicals (herbs).
