Guest guest
I have a friend who for the last several months has experienced acute pain in her left shoulder. Her range of motion has been limited due to the pain. She is an energy worker and healer, and first received information on this condition from a chiropractor who told her to be more careful when working with clients, that she was retaining too much energy. When the pain became acute, she followed up with a more traditional chiropractor who diagnosed a possible tear in the rotator cuff, but with improvement in range of motion, he advised that this might be slight and possibly would heal without surgery. She has declined an MRI at this time. Instead she has continued therapy as well as a couple sessions with an acupuncturist. This week she has experienced additional pain, this time in her left bicep which appears to trigger muscle spasms down the right side of her back. Medication does not relieve the pain. Any observations or advise would be most appreciated! Thanks, Deborah
