Guest guest
You're right, allay! Swimming is a great exercise and one of my favorite ways to work out since, as you pointed out, it doesn't stress the knees. For some reason bicycle riding, too, seems to work for my knees. I do the spinning classes at the gym sometimes and they don't stress my ligaments, either. However, stairs, squats, things like that are all off-limits to me. If I find any great solutions, I'll share them with the list. Thanks!! - Anna > " allay y " <allay_y >Re: proper exercise for knees > >Hi, > >Until you find a practitioner that can help you, I think you can try >swimming. I've never has less symptoms during allergy season! And it's all due to the Ultimate Enzyme. After only 2 weeks on the Ultimate Enzyme, I could feel the difference!! If my sinuses started feeling stuffy, I'd just pop 6 capsules of the Ultimate Enzyme on an empty stomach and the stuffiness would clear up and not just be covered up like with harsh medications! Enzymes work on a host of issues. For more information, visit http://www.selfhelp.ubiquitousonline.com/
