Guest guest
Happy Greetings to All, I'm new to this list and I look forward to learning from your knowledge and input. I do have a problem that modern medical science is stumped on. I'm a 47 yr old Female with hair that is falling out. Not breaking off...falling out, from the roots, with no help at all. I don't need to brush it to have this happen, there are usually 35-50 hairs on my pillow in the morning and usually about 100-120 hairs in the sink or on the floor after I get out of the shower, and it continues all day like this. Needless to say this is absolutely frightening! I have thin baby fine hair to begin with. I've had 2 surgeries in the past 3 years, one of them was inserting a plate and screw into my neck. I'd like to blame it on that, but this has come upon me suddenly and is getting steadily worse. I'm so scared!! I've been taking Kelp(for the protein) Iron, (I'm a little anemic, but this has gone back up since I started taking the iron)Vitamins for the hair (bottled this way) and even Saw Palmetto. I'm desparate for help as I'm on disability and have no medical benefits and very little money coming in. If anyone has any suggestions for me...I'm open to them all! Smiles and Blessings, Karen
