Guest guest
I've been asked to teach a class for some people going through divorce about appropriate conduct (as well as what's inappropriate) and was thinking that there are probably a lot of alternative health products and procedures that could help these folks deal with the stress and anger that is typical of divorce litigation. Personally, I'm a big believer in the healing benefits of massage. I have also heard that acupuncture and aromatherapy can help deal with stress. Lastly, I know Bach's flower essences have helped a lot of people and even know a veterinarian that uses Bach's flower essences on animals. I've thought of trying Bach's on my dog, to calm her down. Does anyone have personal experiences or can you point me to a book on the subject? I was looking at a local bookstore but the only book that the lady that owned the store could recommend was one on Young's Living Oils and how to use that product. She's a distributor. Thanks, Anna
