Nutritional Supplements

Once a cramp occurs there’s not much you can do by way of supplements

to stop

it. Preventing cramps is another story. Nothing works better than

maintaining

proper nutrient levels in the body. The best place to start is a

high-quality

multivitamin/mineral/ phytonutrient formula taken daily. Specific

nutrients

known to be the most useful for preventing cramps are presented below.

Hi,

I'm on a many health lists, and this article is the most

misleading. There are MANY things that you can do while a cramp is

happening to release it. Use a simple 5 flower remedy. It's

cheap and easy. I use it for all trauma, no matter what it is. My

favorite brand is Healing Herbs, and FES supplies it to most normal

health food stores.

And ANY cramps are simply magnesium deficiency. Let's not make this

any harder than it is folks. We don't need to be rocket scientists

to supplement with magnesium. You need twice as much magnesium as

calcium as you age past age 35. Numerous studies are on the net, I

don't need to post them here. Just go to

http://www.google.com,

and look for magnesium deficiency.

The reason why cramps occur is due to a deficiency of alkalizing minerals

in the body, which are depleted from acid in the tissues. Find ways

to reduce acid in the body, and alkalize and VOILA, no health

problems.

Isn't time for simplicity? We're making this much harder than it

is.

Warmly,

Moe
