Guest guest
Your leg cramps could be related to Calcium and Magnesium deficiency. One thing you might do, when you get another cramp in your calf, push your heel away from your body, and your toes towards your head. That should stop the cramp (Charley Horse) immediately! Guest guest
A friend just called to ask for help. She is having extremely severe leg (back of thigh) cramps at night. She takes a soft calcium suppliment at night, per Dr.s orders. I suggested taking them in the AM for now and said I'd ask here for ideas. she cannot take the hard pills because she had her stomach stapled and they do not stay long enough to be digested or absorbed. dee Tax Center - forms, calculators, tips, more http://taxes./

Guest guest
There is a powder called CAL-MAC. It is calcium and magnesium. You dissolve it in hot water and drink it. It is good with a tea bag... - " avian caretaker " <thebirdperch Wednesday, March 05, 2003 4:00 PM Re: leg cramps > > A friend just called to ask for help. Guest guest
Hi, Dee Magnesium is just as important, if not more important, than calcium. There are liquid calcium/magnesium formula. I know LifeForce has one, if you know a distributor. i've also seen them at the health food store. Take care, Suzanne practical-health.com > A friend just called to ask for help.
