meditation and eating less

Hi guys,

 

I am aware that when I am under a lot of stress, I end up eating the

moon. But when I am meditating regulary, my eating is peaceful.

 

I am beginning a group of people who want to practice mindfulness

meditation and other meditation to become calmer and to see if we can

all eat less stressfully.
