Reminder - WORKSHOP: RHYTHMS OF THE NATURAL VOICE NY

 

This is the workshop that was so enthusiastically received in the fall in

California and Michigan and New York .

 

 

WED. MAY 1 7:30 - 9:30

 

Place: MADISON WELLNESS CENTER 171 Madison Ave Suite 908 (bet 33 & 34)

 

Enrollment: $40 before workshop $45 at door 212-229-0341

 

 

Participants will learn:

 

1. The healing power of voice and Natural Rhythm using our body as an

insturments such was used in ancient times.

 

2. The eastern approach to music as a natural relaxant. Simple chants and

movements will be taught to connect us withour inner core.

 

3. 7 and it's mystical and natural power. 7 is a combination of even and

odd numbers and has a balancing effect on our body. We will learn a chant in

this rhyth;m based on the ancinet female traditions of the Mediterranean.

Participants welcome to bring frame drums for this portion.

 

4. Spiritual roots and power of the Hebrew language for use in everyday life.

We will learn a mystic Hebrew Meditation based upon the kabalistci wisdom of

sound healingthat balances our seven main energy centers and leaves us

feeling relaxed and connected with our inner core.
