We have just moved house (28th March) so i suppose that could have

contributed, the purchase/sale started in January. Last time i had the

infection it started when i hubby went abroad in April with mum and dad to

move my sister.

Within 3 days of starting with the symptoms of cystitis i was in hospital.

I was worried about that a bit as i had not been feeling great for a while

before that (i had the pro depo prevera injection in feb, then followed a

miscarriage due to the fact i was not given a pregnancy test first). and i

am sure that is what started all my probs off) and although i was feeling

low, also worrying how i would cope with him being out of the country from

Thurs-Monday i still wanted him to go as i knew he wanted to. He has also

travelled the world a lot before we met so i knew he would enjoy it as he

had not visited this place before.

I also believe that if one is holding in alot of anger or resentment and not

being able to forgive, could make someone ill. And the last one that I

believe in is diet.

>

This could make some sense i think as i have suffered PTSD from an RTA i had

in 1995, on and off since then i have had driving sessions with my hubby. I

started driving lessons with an instructor last November i think and within

3 days i had amassive flare up of the Endometriosis, followed by impatigo,

then cystits. It seemed too much of a coincidence to me.

Then end of Jan i fell and damaged the cartlidge in my knee, which is

fianally a lot better after 2 months on crutches. I passed my theory

driving test and have now been given the all clear to drive again with my

knee so am now looking for an instructo so i can take my test.

There could be a lot of skeltons in the closet about this and i think the

sooner i pass my test the better.

Does this make sense to any of you or havn't i got a clue what i am talking

about??????????????

>These are just my beliefs and I would just question some of the

>aspacts(sp?) of what is going in my life and what I can do to change it to

>make it better.

As for my diet, this is usually pretty good, however for about a week b4 and

after the move, we didn't eat so well as we either ate out or had conveniece

food, not a good idea i suppose. I am now back to eating lots of f & Veg and

starting to feel more energetic.

Many thanks for your suggestions it has really helped me think about a few

things!!

Looking forward to your reply,

Love, health & peace.

Heather

Dear Heather,

What you have said does make sense. Have you heard of Dr. Andrew Weil? I read some of his books and recieve his monthly newsletter in the mail. He is the one that got me thinking about what goes on in one's life. I have 2 of his books, "Spontaneous Healing" and "Natural Health, Natural Medicine" He even has a website: www.drweil.com if you want to check it out.

Take care of yourself,

Kristen

P.S. have you tried Yoga ?
