Hi all!

 

I'm a new member. I'm interested in learning more about the healing

properties of magnets.

Hello, my name is susan, my husband and I have been using magnetic therapy for well over a year now. We were first informed on them almost 2 years ago through a friend who introduced us to a company called Nikken (we had never heard of this company or this type of therapy before then). We were very leary of it all at first, went to a demonstration, my husband is very skeptical of many things and did a "strengths test" after watching a demonstrator conduct them on a few other peopl (he was sure it was all set up). Well my husband was very surprised at the results. You see he fell off a ladder onto the concrete about 13 years ago, shattering his ankle and breaking both arms. To this day the ankle still isn't healed and the doctor told him that it has the consistency of mashed potatoes. He has had so many surgeries and had osteomilitis (spelling?) and it was suggested to him that he would be better off getting it amputated. The ankle actually lies flat on the ground when he isn't wearing his brace. The pain has had him going through a bottle of Vicodin every 6 weeks and that just takes the edge of the pain off not all of it. We tried reflexology among other treatments and last year he was at the point of getting it off when we went to the magnetic demonstration. At the demonstration the test had him falling almost on the floor, but with the magnet he actually was able to keep standing and the pain lessened. Needless to say we were impressed. Well the company also produces magnetic wraps and the ankle wrap lessened the pain a bit more so we got that; at a further demonstration we saw magnetic sports socks and believe it or not the pain even lessened a bit more. My husband does not go anywhere without the socks, brace, and magnetic insoles in his shoes or slippers. And he has not had the foot amputated. We have of course since then used other products, they have a necklace that has helped my mother and I who have arthritis, back braces for arthritic backs, and I also used the products for my granddaughter when she was a tiny infant because she had severe colic and would never sleep or stop crying. We had her at the first demonstration and she just kept crying so they gave me a blanket to wrap her in and she stopped crying instantly only to start whenever i took the blanket off her. We also used another of their products to treat water (it stopped the colic and even cleared up a diaper rash that had broken into blisters). They have products for so many problems, even pets. It is not the cheapest products but it is so amazing when you see the success rate. Of course they don't guarantee what they help and sometimes you have to talk to people they have helped to actually know what they have helped with; but I have personally spoken with people who have seen tumors decrease, cataracs decrease in size, etc.... And for people who have arthritis and fibromyalgia like me the products are actually amazing when you find you can do activities you haven't been able to do without pain in a very long time. There are alot of magnetic products out there but none work like Nikken, most magnetic products have a reactangular shape with a north and south polar end to them, Nikken has a diamond shape, and it is the shape that makes the difference in how they work. The books I have read explain that many years ago, we lived closer to the Earth (ground) which has a natural magnetic field with it. When we started building and living in houses we get away from the ground which resulted in less magnetic contact, then with all of the additives in our food, treated water, lotions, soaps, etc we cut down on the magnetic help we used to get. There are some people who actually do worse with magnetic therapy at first, those are people who have a reversed polarity (one sign is that their watches stop working and they can't figure why) but that is fixable as well. There are materials out there you can find on magnetic therapy in general, and Nikken also has a web site you can access.
