Guest guest
I just thought that I'd point out that various companies make them, in different price ranges, and I don't know if all work equally well. I, personally, have never tried them because the ones with all the testimonials are too expensive and I'm afraid that the cheaper ones won't work as well. Has anyone tried one of the less expensive kind and found them helpful? - Anna > " kair4me " <oxyssage >Re: nightly leg cramps > >I've know of several people who have suffered from these type >problems who have used a chi-type swing machine to solve them. Guest guest
Anna, If you have any symptoms of sluggishness in your lymph system, don't put off getting one AND using it every day. I've had new clients with such severe conditions that they tested that, at first, they needed to use one many times a day. The most severe of conditions needed them between 6 and 12 times a day for as little as a couple of minutes at a time until they got things moving. After they normalize, most increase their time to between 10 and 20 minute and decrease their sessions to once or twice a day at the most. Unless they injure themselves and need to go back to multiple sessions a day until they heal again. Interestingly, the cheapest one that I've tried ($99) works every bit as well as the most expensive one ($550). There was even very little difference in workmanship and quality. However, you could pay 39 more and get a very good feature, a variable speed control. Some models have cushioned ankle cradles and timers and some are really heavy duty. I burnt my $100 one out in just over a year. (I had five people using it every day) I can get one that is truly designed for professional use, which is the best one that I've come across, a top of the line model that retails for $499, for $350, right now. It is not only well-built (designed for constant use in therapy offices), it has all of the deluxe features. If I buy a half dozen at a time I can get them for $250 plus s & h. If five more want to go in on an order with me, I'll pass along my discount. (Please Email me privately if you want to get in on the order.) ^ ^Anna [aljuarez] ^Monday, March 25, 2002 7:18 PM ^ ^ Chi machines ^ ^ ^I just thought that I'd point out that various companies make them, in ^different price ranges, and I don't know if all work equally well. ^ ^I, personally, have never tried them because the ones with all the ^testimonials are too expensive and I'm afraid that the cheaper ^ones won't ^work as well. Guest guest
Hi Anna You're right in your assumptions. Some of the cheaper machines are very jerky and can actually cause damage from long term use, as well as breaking down easily. I personally bought one of the cheap ones to show the difference in construction, as well as the difference in the smoothness of the operation. The OxyPro-Elite machine which I am now tell people about is midrange price wise, but is as good a quality as those costing much more. It has 3 speeds as well as infrared foot relexology pads. The retail is $399, but if you spend $25 to become a member you can buy it at the wholesale price of $299. Additionally, if you happen to really like using it, which most people do you're liable to tell a friend or two or three. If you do, and they purchase a machine you could begin getting paid for having shared the information. That could end up making the machine actually cost you nothing. http://www.V4L.com or www.V4L.com/doug Doug , Anna <aljuarez@z...> wrote: > I just thought that I'd point out that various companies make them, in > different price ranges, and I don't know if all work equally well. > > I, personally, have never tried them because the ones with all the > testimonials are too expensive and I'm afraid that the cheaper ones won't > work as well.
