Guest guest
Hi, When your sons has these cramps, you can try to wrap his legs with a hot towel. Use a large, thick towel, and if you have no other means of warming it, you can even use a hair-dryer. The warmth is supposed to quicken the dissolve of the lactic acid in his muscles and help him relax. This is not a replacement for the vitamins, but it's a quick fix for when he already suffers. Thanks, allay - Lilly Torres Thank you all for your responses on leg cramps. I tried toremind my son to take his vitamin/mineral supplementseveryday but he is 15 years old and conveniently keepsforgetting. I think I'm looking for a quick fix, somethinghe won't have to take everyday. I will get him some vitaminE and Ben Gay to see if they help. Do you think Magnesiumwill help too?Lilly
