Guest guest
Hi folks I thought you might like to hear about this and my speedy recovery this week with the use of Nikken magnetics and bio ceramics. Thursday 28th February 2002 (noon) I fell down the stairs at home. The sorest experience. At first I thought I had broken my foot or ankle. On looking for movement which hurt I went straight to the study and pulled out a Nikken Kenko wrap and 3 super minis and placed directly on my ankle and foot. I took the magnetic insole out of my shoe and placed my foot on it. Quite quickly the burning feeling within my foot subsided. It hurt when I walked but not sitting or if I stood still. I have some photos which I took yesterday which are quite amazing. To see them you'll have to email me back or I suppose if there is a lot of interest I could them onto a file attached tho this group. Anyway the photo "Foot 1" shows the main area where I applied the Nikken Superminis immediately after the fall (no bruising now and only limited swelling after the fall). This was the part of my foot that hurt the most so I applied the logic of put it where it hurts. Photo "foot2" shows a line of bruising under my finger about 10cm long. No magnetics were placed here and swelling was at a minimum probably due to the Kenko (far infra red) wrap. Photo "foot3" shows a line of bruising across my toes. No magnetics placed here and only the Kenko wrap. Thursday afternoon I had to collect my kids from school. It hurt to both drive and walk up the hill to collect them. I was hobbling very badly and I could not touch my foot. Friday having worn the products through the night (I have a pair of Nikken socks which I wore as well as the wrap) I was surprised to be able to get my shoe on and I could do up my laces normally. Less hurt especially when I put my shoe on which had the Magnetic insole in. Saturday went shopping. I still limped a bit but was amazed that I could walk at all. Bruising going rapidly. No problems walking. Sunday - went dancing. Today, Monday only very slight tension in my ankle and if I roll my foot over the main area upon which I fell onto which is the area shown on the photo "foot1". Off to a Bush Dance! I am totally amazed by how quickly all this has happened and how little discomfort I have considering I didn't take any drugs / pain killers. When I twisted my ankle as an 18 year old I recall having problems for a number of weeks later. I fell only 4 days ago and am amazed at how well my foot looks and feels. Tuesday morning - just went for a walk for 20 mins. Very comfortable. My chiropractor was suitably impressed to. Derek
