Come and meet the wonderful composers that have written new works for multiple flutes, on March 1st, 7pm in the Composers Connection at Zipper Concert Hall at the Colburn School. Composers Christopher Caliendo, Paul Reale, John Thow and Mark Latham present an informal forum. Admission is included in the ticket price for the 8pm performance by the Los Angeles Flute Quartet of the " California Composers Gallery " . A reception will follow. The composers will speak about their work, themselves, the challenges of writing for multiple flutes and the inspiration behind the works presented in the concert. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
