Isn't that strange, Chris? I wonder why we are like that. Then I

start feeling draggy..and finally it's duh...get back on your

minerals and vitamins dummy..

Hmm..let's see..Vit A becomes beta carotene when it breaks down..or

what ever it does..

and the main thing I know about the two..is beta carotene is safer to

take than Vit A..that too much vitamin A can harm your liver.

seems like I read that once too, but don't remember if it was a

source I trusted..It could be.

Carrots have Vit A..I'm not sure what the main thing in Apples
