Guest guest
Dear Alternative Answers Group, Just searched for this subject and find you are not aware of the most efficient effective method of gentle balancing cellular exercise. Though often overlooked as too simple and childish, it is off the charts Great when studied and compared by groups such as NASA which found it to be up to 68% more efficient than treadmilling. So, it easily qualifies as an 'alternative answer' for convenient, economical and safe exercise for nearly everyone: infants to great-grand, the infirm to olympic bound. Every cell of one's body is stressed with low impact in a rhythmic manner when bouncing on a spring loaded mat surface for any length of time. Stress means strength where applied. Agreed ? Think of the entire lymphatic system of tubules carrying more fluid than there is blood, relying on pressure gradient to move it. Alternating gravity load and brief periods of weightlessness equals increased lymph flow. What a joyous way of letting go and creating flow of every aspect body -mind-spirit. No soreness because the lactic acid is moved right out. I am consistently revived and restored whenever gifting myself with some rebound time. Working 12 hour night shifts, it is manditory that I step up to 'tweek' my finger tip meridian ends, jump a little rope or simply do the easy 'health bounce' to repair for the rigors of hospital demands. There are plenty of seasoned resources gathering to write here. I am not the foremost authority on rebounding, yet I am the one here now. I am a Certified Reboundologist, have jumped for a dozen years and will never stop. Let's talk about premium exercise, the kind that can prove itself best in less than a minute, even for the staunch skeptic. Engage me, challenge the concept, ask a question ! I am getting older and I apologise if I am coming across brash. Been waiting for the people to catch on to the simple genius children recognise immediately; jumping is good, fun and healthy. I must reveal and,if needed, defend the simple amongst the complex compromises considered complete. Many new members are flocking to this group and I appreciate your reading time and this opportunity to share my love of this pure and overlooked exercise form to more good seekers.
