Try bufffing your fingernails against each other: curl you fingers &

place all nails against one another & buff for 5 minutes. This brings

energy & causes hair & nail growth also.

Doing this b4 getting out of bed every morning is suggested.

 

Do a thyroid/energy boost massage:

1.Rub simultaniuosly,in a circular motion, 1 inch on either side, both

sides of the belly button for 1 minute. ( I rub to my L)

2.Tap the thymus (above collor bone) w/ the knuckles or fingertips

briskly for 1 minute

3. Gently hold (no pressure or your fingertips won't be sensative enough)

each side of the temple w/ 2-3 fingertips till you feel a weak pulse,

hold till feel a strong pulse & then a weak pulse (in that order) This is

activating the thyroid & energizing the whole body. Some people that are

stressed or exhausted will take longer to feel the pulse-just keep

holding until you feel it. The reason to let the weak, then strong, then

weak pulse rythem is to brign the blood supply to the area, then when the

body is ready to go to work down the rest of the energy pathway, it will

return the energy to other blockages & it seem weak again-though this is

not really an accurate term.

 

Do these as many times a day as needed.

 

I also took MSM & Bovine Colostrum & it helped my energy level

tremendously. Also try porgesterone cream or have your hormones checked

as this affects both the thyroid & adrenals.

My body is type is almost equal parts of: Gynociod, Thyroid & Adrenal~so

this was very important for me.

 

Also try some orange & eucaluptus essential oils.
